Return and Exchange
Eligibility
- Returns are eligible within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be in their original factory-sealed condition.
- Opened or used units are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- LTL shipments (large freight): We will arrange pickup from your address.
- Courier shipments (small parcels): Contact our customer service to obtain a return shipping label, then drop off the package at a nearby location.
- Approval: Always contact us via email or phone before returning any item. Follow the instructions provided once approved.
Shipping Fees
- Consumer-initiated returns: The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
- Product issues or damage caused by us: We cover all return shipping fees.
Exchanges and Defective Machines
- If a machine is defective or damaged during shipping/our error, contact us immediately. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you.
- Damage due to customer mishandling, improper use, or accidents is not covered by the return policy but may be eligible for repair or replacement under our warranty policy.
- For any replacements caused by human factors, the customer is responsible for our shipping fee.
- We recommend checking the machine and packaging upon delivery and keeping photos as proof to ensure smooth handling if a claim is needed.
