We offer a one-year limited warranty for machines purchased directly through our official website.
Please note that we are not affiliated with any auctions or third-party resale channels. Therefore, products purchased through such channels are not eligible for warranty coverage.
If you experience any technical issues or require replacement parts, please contact us. Our support team is committed to assisting you promptly and professionally.
Warranty Exclusions
Products purchased through the following channels are not covered under warranty:
- Third-party auctions
- Products resold by another individual or company
- Used or second-hand machines
How We Resolve Warranty Issues
Depending on the specific situation, we may take one of the following actions:
- Repair the product
- Replace defective parts or the machine
- Issue a refund (if applicable and approved)
All resolutions are determined after technical evaluation.
Warranty Period
All MMS Industrial products come with a one-year, non-transferable warranty when purchased directly from our website.
The warranty period begins on the date of delivery.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please email service@mmsce.com and include the following information:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Shipping address
- Purchase channel (including order number)
- Date of purchase
- Detailed description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect
Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days.
Parts & Responsibility
- For issues caused by manufacturing or quality defects, replacement parts will be shipped free of charge.
- Damage caused by improper use, abuse, modification, or human error is not covered, and replacement parts will be charged accordingly.
Final Notes
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
MMS Industrial reserves the right to determine whether a claim qualifies under warranty coverage.
